Simon Shefford is the principal of Church Mortgages, an independent mortgage broker with over 35 years experience.
Simon has helped churches and charities obtain competitive mortgages for property purchase and development. He helps source suitable lenders, negotiate terms and conditions, and present applications in the right way.
He also brings personal experience of church life, having been a pastor, trustee and treasurer. This helps him understand the gap that can exist between churches and lenders, and how to bridge it.
